Timothy D. Braughler is an Associate of the law firm of Taylor, Ganson & Perrin, LLP specializing in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, alimony and child support, paternity, adoption, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and restraining orders, as well as many of the rapidly developing issues relating to LGBTQ families. Mr. Braughler was selected as a 2013 Massachusetts Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in the area of family law as published in Boston Magazine. In addition to family law, Mr. Braughler handles a variety of probate, estate administration, and tax matters.
Mr. Braughler served as an intern at Taylor, Ganson & Perrin, LLP during his final semester at New England School of Law and joined the firm as an Associate in December 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Braughler worked as a certified student attorney with the New England School of Law Clinical Law Office. As a student attorney, he represented indigent clients in various domestic relations matters. Mr. Braughler also previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judith Nelson Dilday (Ret.) of the Middlesex County Probate and Family Court.
Mr. Braughler received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh where he majored in neuroscience and sociology. Mr. Braughler graduated cum laude from New England School of Law where he served as the Executive Comment and Note Editor of the New England Law Review.
Mr. Braughler is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association.
