Ryan Boland is a Partner of the firm who concentrates his practice on real estate and estate planning. Mr. Boland assists families and individuals with traditional will and trust planning and estate and trust administration. He frequently assists families with the strategies for transferring vacation and second home properties to the next generation. Mr. Boland also assists buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, and represents developers in connection with the development of condominiums. His practice includes the representation of landlords and tenants in both commercial and residential lease negotiations and disputes. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. Mr. Boland is a graduate of Providence College and a cum laude graduate of the New England School of Law, where he was a Case and Note Editor of the New England Law Review. Mr. Boland is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.
