Attorney Profiles

Ms. Holmes is an Associate of the firm who practices all aspects of probate and fiduciary litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, and domestic relations matters for traditional and non-traditional families.  Her domestic relations practice covers prenuptial agreements, visitation and custody matters, restraining orders, property division and support issues.

Prior to joining Taylor, Ganson & Perrin in 2003, Ms. Holmes was a Law Clerk for the justices of the Massachusetts Trial Courts in the Probate & Family Court Department, serving in Middlesex, Norfolk and Essex counties.  While attending law school, Ms. Holmes held internships at the Middlesex Probate & Family Court and at the Legal Office for the Connecticut Department of Public Health.

Ms. Holmes received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2001.  She received her A.B. degree with Honor in French from Mount Holyoke College and her M.A. in French from Middlebury College School in France .  Ms. Holmes is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Women's Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
