Charles F. O'Connell is Managing Partner of the firm and concentrates in taxation, estate planning, trust and estate administration, business planning and real estate. He serves as the Trustee of diverse types of trusts. Mr. O'Connell serves as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers. Mr. O'Connell is the author of the book "Compensating United States Employees Abroad" which was published as Volume Four of the International Business Portfolios by the Matthew Bender and Company division of the Times Mirror Company. Mr. O'Connell was also a contributing author to Bender's Federal Tax Service. Mr. O'Connell served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Suffolk University Law School for seven years where he taught courses on the taxation of qualified retirement plans and the legal aspects of providing investment advice. Mr. O'Connell has also served as a panel member for continuing legal education sponsored by the American Bar Association and Suffolk University Law School. Mr. O'Connell is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College, a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School and has a law degree from Cambridge University, Cambridge, England. Mr. O'Connell is a Member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
